Haters Are Fuel

You do know that you have haters, right?

Honey, haters are the very liquid that propels your drive into that extra strength you need to keep moving. It is not a strive for perfection. It is a strive towards greater maturity. Becoming mature is a level that never seems established but is always developing. There are levels to the revelation that accomplishments become old if there are no new dreams in motion.

You see haters will tell you: “You are not enough!” – when you are actually much more than they can measure.

The very essence of who you are and who you were born to be is fluid like water. It flows naturally and is not forced. It can be peaceful or you can be a force to be reckoned with without even trying.

I personally do not try to be over-the-top or extraordinary. I am naturally me. I love sparkle. I love the extra-special touch to an outfit or an event. That extra kiss of love can be reaffirming or encouraging.

For this, and more, I get hated on. I have gotten hated on because I look younger than my age, styling or degrees. Maybe not in the social media with comments or with venom from someone’s mic check. But, with subtle expressed thoughts that are infused in comments or glares or coy interactions.

You see haters are really a covert operation. 2022 Haters Club no longer come at you directly. But then you ask: “Well how do I  know I have haters?”

You know sis! You know bro! It is that special gift of discernment that kicks in when you step out on faith. Discernment is the innate ability to see, know, perceive truth without having an overt foundation for that understanding. This gift operates in all of us to a degree. I function with the Spiritual Gifts of the Word of Wisdom and Word of Knowledge.

If you desire these, seek the Father. Or at least be like King Solomon and ask God for wisdom. I know I have and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. Wisdom is essential for any and everything in life.  It kicks in automatically for me each and every time.

Now there have been times that I choose to ignore what The Spirit says when I am introduced to people or situations. But, I return to the same understanding at the end of it all.

I wish that we did not need Club Hateration to be fuel toward set goals. But, just like Judas, haters serve a purpose. Haters keep you moving forward. Haters maneuver behind your back through other people. They are cowards. As the song goes, “smile in your face all the time trying to take your place backstabbers.” Judas smiled in Jesus’s face, had dinner with Jesus, experienced the humility foot washing, hung out and blended in with other supporters. No, Judas did not want Jesus’ place – too much of a punk for that! But, Judas was used of the enemy via Judas’ own selfish desires for money and power.

You see, haters not necessarily want what you have; they just don’t want you to have it. Check your “circle”. Know who is amongst you. Remain prayerful. Stay true to your discernment. Let the Lord guide you. They gonna watch and do what they do. You become stealth and keep moving forward!
